1. Agreement
By accessing CodeScript Cloud training experiences, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not register or attend sessions.
2. Services
We provide cohort-based instruction, materials, and mentor feedback as described on each program page. Deliverables are educational, not outsourced execution of your internal work.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details. Some programs require paired enrollment or minimum team composition as stated on the page.
4. Acceptable use
Harassment, recording without consent where prohibited, or sharing access credentials is prohibited. We may remove participants who disrupt cohort learning.
5. Intellectual property
Materials remain our property or that of licensors. You receive a limited license to use templates internally; redistribution or resale is not permitted.
6. Liability limits
To the extent permitted under Japanese law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from training participation.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts located in Japan shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.
