Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility
Consumers purchasing directly from CodeScript Cloud may cancel within fourteen (14) days of purchase without giving reasons, unless access to digital materials has begun with consent as described below.
2. Digital access
If you log into a cohort portal or download protected materials before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that performance has begun and withdrawal may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable consumer rules.
3. Partial refunds
Where law permits proportional refunds after partial delivery, we calculate refunds based on unused modules and administrative costs actually incurred.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party fees, travel booked in your name, or customized workshops scoped outside catalog programs are generally non-refundable once confirmed in writing.
5. Process
Email hello@codescriptcloud.one with your registration email, program name, and reason. We respond within five business days with next steps.
6. Timing and method
Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days using the original payment path where technically possible.
7. Japanese consumer context
Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other mandatory protections. For disputes, contact us first; you may also use applicable consumer centers.
