Cohort mechanics

How large are interactive groups?

Interactive critique seats cap at eighteen per studio. Observer seats may be added for executives without stretching mentor feedback time.

Do you run campaigns for us?

No. We coach planning, orchestration, and alignment. Your team keeps publishing and outreach execution.

What tools must we use?

Exercises are tool-agnostic. Bring the sequencing, analytics, and doc surfaces you already pay for.

Can agencies attend without a client?

Solo agency seats are deferred. Pair with a client team so exercises map to a live buying group.

Commercials & policy

Why are prices shown if there is no checkout?

Leaders need allocation ranges for internal approvals. Final statements of work vary; see Refund & Cancellation for withdrawal windows.

Do you provide procurement-ready paperwork?

We supply standard statements of work and syllabus attachments. Your procurement org may request additional forms—we do not guarantee same-day turnaround.

Are sessions recorded?

Default is yes for paying cohorts with access expiring ninety days after the final session unless otherwise contracted.

What is explicitly not included?

Legal review of copy, CRM administration, data vendor negotiations, and executive stakeholder mediation outside the agreed workshop scope.

Japan operations

Where are facilitators based?

Core mentors operate on Japan Standard Time with optional on-site blocks in Oga-shi, Akita when health and travel calendars allow.

Do you teach in Japanese?

Primary materials are English with JP-aware examples. Selected intensives offer bilingual facilitation when noted on the page.
